A Public Talk on 'Chinese Health Cultivation (养生) for Vigour and Active Ageing' in conjunction with the Book Launch of Pursuing the Elixir of Life: Chinese Medicine for Health

Prof Hong Hai will be giving a public talk on 'Chinese Health Cultivation (养生) for Vigour and Active Ageing' in conjunction with a book launch of his book Pursuing the Elixir of Life: Chinese Medicine for Health. Minister of State for Health, Mr Chee Hong Tat will be the Guest-of-Honour for the event. Details are as follow:

Talk Synopsis: Book authors Professor Hong Hai and TCM Physician Karen Wee will deliver a talk on Chinese methods of health cultivation to attain vigorous health and help prevent conditions like cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and dementia. Delicious recipes will be introduced for combining nutritious food with Chinese herbs to help you gain that special glow of health right into your senior years.
